I decided to make a quick dress for instant satisfaction since quite a few of my projects are more technical and require more time. The pattern used for this orange dress was Vogue. The alterations were removing some of the extra ease from the roughing on top bodice, not all was removed because I still wanted to keep some of the original design. The yoke was cut out. I initially wanted to use another color for the yoke but didn’t have any other colors in my FABRIC CLOSET that would compliment Black, White and Orange. The side panels was measured based on the L x W of the black and white I had from prior dress. I left the middle panel and back of dress orange.
