The Burda WOF pattern, 6/2008, #103. I bought some bed sheet fabric, that caught my eye and decided to make another pair of bermudas (I’m going on vacation next month, so I’m in a hurry to make some practical clothes for the trip). The front pleat details were on my mind for quite a long time, but I never imagined them on a shorts, rather on some blouse; I have to admit that after seeing Carotte Sauvage’s “Frou frou JJ” blouse, I was very inspired to experiment a bit and try those details on my bermudas. I altered the original front pockets pattern and added a back welt pocket as a detail.

This are simply great! Love the color, love the pleating detail, love it all. I’m going to pay more attention to the details on other creations. The belt really dresses them up.
