Description

I love this pattern and wanted to try sewing an opposite wrap blouse. I had to make some changes for the pattern, and decided to leave it a bit open in the back. For the front I have used satin and for the back I’ve used transparent knitted fabric, and the sleeves are from a shiny jersey fabric. I love colorful buttons and stones and thought these would be perfect for this garment :)

Material Notes

Satin and different jersey.

Oh my it’s so sparkly! What a great way to embellish the style. It’s great in the hotter wear because this bling is wearable! So do you affix the stones with a tool or special glue?

Thanks Isayana! I’m still a girl who loves sparkles…! ;-)
These stones are hand sewn like buttons, only small holes at the side, so it will keep after washing – hopefully :)

I bought 2 big Bags of multi coloured and sized buttons recently from a craft shop. I thought about. Adding some to a top or bag? I also bought sew and glue on sequins from eBay. They’ll get used sometime lol. I can’t resist a bargain. Your top is totally fantastic Ellen and you wear it so well x
