I sewed this dress so that I would have something new to wear to the opera. It ended up being too big and I had to adjust it in the end, but I’m happy with how it turned out.

I am completely in love with your fabric! I just, I have no luck with finding any cute, fun, awesome fabrics. I don’t really like ordering things over the internet either.. The whole “It won’t look as good as it does in the damn picture” thing still gets me. :]

I really love that dress. I love the length, the neckline and the fabric, did you use a pattern? I’ve never been to the opera, and I keep hinting that I would love to go to a ballet, maybe someday!

This is so cute! It looks like the Danielle pattern, is it? If so, it is much cuter than I imagined. You inspired me to try it out. I LOVE the fabric.

Hi brooke!! I’m so excited to see you, even if its only online! This dress looks amazing… I’m glad you are sewing outside of class still! I recognize the fabric too! Also- I’m so jealous that you are going to the opera! Hopefully see you soon.
