My friend has a white dress which i LOOOVE and so i decided to try and replicate it…. in floral!
So this is what i came up with. I used miasu’s dress pattern, lengthened the bodice and left out the back side pieces, lengthened the top back pieces so I could make a bow and added elastic to the back of the skirt. I also cut into the sides a little and generally just fiddled until it looked right. I also really love this dress with ruffles for the skirt, so i did that too!
I absolutely love the dress! I wore it the night I made it and got oodles of comments, it was great =D
Heavy floral upholstery fabric and some wide elastic
