This is the Ruffle Neck Blouse from Burda 08/2013, except with no ruffles since I decided I would have more use for a little more formal blouse. It’s created in white cotton batiste that I had laying around in my stash and is finished off with sparkly buttons I salvaged from a cardigan I accidentally destroyed in the washer. Always nice to be able to re-use the good stuff.
