Burda Style For people who sew

another jj
with ruffles this time
yes, print is way too busy
so why not making it even more so
..
it’s a bit strange to me
to work with patterns that include seam allowance
i’m used to burda patterns, and over the years
i learned how much allowance i need to add
so it works best for me
and, it’s far less than what this pattern include
so my first jj was a bit too big on me
but this one turned out just fine, i think
..

:) thank you.. i buy fabrics locally, mostly in one store that stocks italian textile (not the fancy stuff, but inexpensive fabrics)

I initially thought the fabric looked busy too, until I saw the pairing with the skirt. Pulls everything in and makes it look very very nice! Great job!

Totalno se slažem sa tobom, zato mi je uvek smešno kada se ljudi žale na burda krojeve jer ne sadrže dodatak za šavove. Šta ti je moć navike :) Super ti je bluza, materijal je prespreman.
