I made this dress for the Wool Fashion Awards Australia and was selected to be paraded at the Royal Easter Show. I made this dress from a pattern i designed and was inspired to do the pleats as they are from a Louis Vuitton dress i saw in VOGUE (There is a picture above)
Fabric was donated to me because i was a first time entrant. They donated the purple fabric (2m max) which was a Italian Woolen Cashmere. It was very hard to work with because it was so thick but it gave a great texture and a great finish. I knitted the bow myself, from a wool/polyester blend.
Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
