I made my first skirt following the instructions and using the pattern by Nette. Good thing is that we are the same size so I didn’t need to bother with resizing. I am satisfied with the result, although there are some things that I might have done better, like buttonholes. This was my first try with buttonholes and pockets and it turned to be just fine. Next one will be even better :)

well, it might be little hard for a first project. but keep it cool, go slow and it will turn out good. Maybe you can help yourself with material, try to avoid light materials because it’s always harder to work with them. no more tricks, just practice ;)
good luck!
