An asymmetrical silk dress I made with one side seam only. No darts or anything else besides the left side seam with zipper, and those pleats at the neckline. It just drape on the right side following your movement and do whatever the fabric wants to.
I loved this dress a lot, but after gaining a few pounds, the dress got too snug on me :(

wow I really love the simplicity of it, the drapes and neckline do all the hard work… beautiful

once again, absolutely gorgeous! i’m definitely going to make it. i’m just beginning to discover china silk, most of the things i’ve made so far needed a heavier fabric. this is perfect for me right now!

I LOVE silk, and for a luscious drape, I prefer to use a slightly heavier silk (than regular charmeuse). Cause the weight definitely full the drape nicer. Double-faced charmeuse is by far my favorite for project like this :)

WOW! Such a smart design! And looks gorgeous in white fabric. Too bad the dress is snug, but you can always repeat the process and make another one. I would really like to see a pattern for this one, or at least a how to.
