Fabric set was a gift from my sister-in-law who knew that i preferred cottons.
The kurta material had a woollen fabric pre-stitched at the part that was meant to be the bottom, but I wanted that to be the top yoke. It took a while to complete the yoke. The kurta is made of 5 panels at back and the front is made of a yoke and 5 panels. Panels are wider at the bottom to look like a skirt at the bottom. I added a maroon zaari border at the skirt of the kurta to give definition to the skirt. I did not use hooks or zippers as it is easy to slip into with the big square neck. I added straps with snap fasteners to hold the bra straps. I hand stitched (with black woollen knitting yarn)some of the black dots on the front so that the were spread out evenly.
The chudidaar/slacks is the normal style as pervious ones.
