BWOF 1/1998, #101 pattern.
This jacket is one of my favorites, since I wear olive green a lot and it matches with the most of my clothes so well. It’s not perfectly sewed – I made it 6-7 years ago, when I wasn’t experienced enough with jackets. It’s made out fabric that is used for furniture – it is rather stiff and I had difficulties fitting curved pieces together. All in all, I believe it turned out just fine :)

This pattern has been on my list for jackets I want to sew since I first saw it in 1998. I think it’s a fabulous pattern and the jacket really suits you.

Gorgeous! Can you believe about 6-7 years ago I’ve made a jacket out of furniture fabric?! I also had a hard time since the fabric was stiff and me I decided to use a top stitching thread, it broke all the time, as I did not have the a special needle for top stitching…I love that jacket too, it’s brown.
