I tend to sew on a whim so… This is a dress for Christmas for my girl. This is a velvet I bought for her two years ago, but I was worried to sew since my machine has some issue with stretchy fabrics.
Well, a while ago I managed to make to blouses for my son, so It gave me a courage to try and sew this fabric:). The bodice is copied from dress she already has and the skirt was drafted separately.
The sash it made from jersey/knit fabric.
