I based this dress off a Burda pattern. cant rememer what issue it was in but it was from ’09 and has a 70s hippie theme. The original was a longsleeved shirt with buttons down the front. the main thing i ended up using was the pleats. Im not sure if the shirt had gathered shoulders or not. the dress started out having buttons down to the waist but then it wasnt working, i think i couldnt get it on so i started the skirt part again and kept it simple and added a zip in the side seam.
People either love or hate this colour. i think its lovely and the fabric feels so nice against skin and it falls well. the only problem is that it stains easily. it seems to have gotten a stain from a deoderant that was an invisible 24hr protection one so yea dont know what happened there!
