This dress is made using the modified bodice of a 1950s Simplicity pattern and a simple circle skirt. It has a wide, round neck line and features a stonewashed/embroidered linen. I’d had my eye on the fabric at work (Spotlight) for some time but it took a 40% off fabric sale for me to buy it. Despite the difficulties resizing and adjusting the pattern for my frame, I am very pleased with how it turned out!
