Figuring out how to combine the vest-like flap with the kimono top took the most time.
I added 3cm to the shoulder to make the second flap close to the neck. For the hem, I cut underneath the flap, folded it up. Basting was needed for the flaps to lay the correct way. The right front ties with to the left underarm, the left front snaps under the flap.
