Mt Gambier, Aust...
DD (9) picked out some fabric from Tessuti’s online store, then I had her browse my burdastyle patterns. She chose the Obi apron, to be converted to a skirt, and as the fabric was somewhat sher, I made the skirt two tiered layers. Given that I ran out of fabric, DD again made the skirt her own by choosing the teal cotton lawn as contrast for the tie. One very happy kiddo ready to wear her new creation out in the big city this weekend :-)
