Lee's Summit, Un...
I made this dress from a burdastyle pattern (girl’s pleated dress 11/2012 #152); It was easy to put together though I didn’t follow the instructions exactly. Instead, I finished it the way you would with a men’s shirt yoke (sew the bottoms of the yokes and linings to the skirt, then sort of turn halfway inside out and finish the lining shoulders and the outer bodice shoulders).
Bodice fabric is a Japanese cotton print by Yuwa called Oasis; I lined ti with white cotton voile from dharma and the bodice and collar are Essex quilter’s linen (a linen/cotton blend).
This collection will make you shine in front of the camera!
