this was so fun to make.
very full fun skirt. everyone will like you when you wear this. (i’m sure they already like you. but they’ll like extra.)
two layers of pale taffeta underneath. layers of sheer black. silk paisley sari fabric. ribbons. lots of topstitching and weirdness. messy.
there’s a sort of slit that gets covers by the ruffles, and you tie it around your waist with the ribbons. so it fits many many waists.
