Description

It amazed me how expensive nursing uniforms can be these days. This was the perfect excuse to go shopping for a pattern, fabric and notions to make a decent set of scrub. The color code for them at my department isn’t appealing at all (Beige) so I added some brown to brake the monotony of the outfit. I used Simplicity 4101 as my starting point and I altered the neck line of my shirt because I’m always cold at work (I love to complicate myself). This was very easy to make and I am very pleased in how this came out, so I will make another set in the future.

Wonderful and a good work done. Yes its true that how nursing uniforms are expensive theses days. The fabric, stitches and other things are making it more and more costly. But there are certain useful resources which makes nurses easy to but medical uniforms. Its absolutely reasonable and the quality is worth.

My goodness it turned out very well! Yes my brother also has to pay for his scrubs. My yours are slick. My mom use to work in the field & had a hard time with the styles provided. I like the pattern you chose. Its very modern but functional. You look good:-)
