this is my first attempt at danielle, which is over a year old, when i got home from the store the fabric amounts were wrong and so i ended up with organza sleeves instead of velvet which was my first problem, also it is shorter than i wanted. i have only worn it this one time, hence my sister is in the photograph with me ( she was visiting from the UK).

thinking i will take out the sleeves and use it as a pinafore or reinvent it somehow, i love the velvet but not much else.

    I think it would look great sleeveless. I’ve seen some other sleeveless Danielle versions on here and they looked good.

    I think the length looks good, but if you don’t feel comfortable with it then I agree that removing the sleeves and using it as a pinafore type dress would work.
