I made these jeans for my youngest son who we have nicknamed “nooj”.
They sort of morphed into what they are. I wanted to learn how to embroider so I embroidered on some denim which I had. I used a fun embroidery pattern from the Sublime Stitching craft pad http://www.sublimestitching.com/.
I decided to make them into back pockets for a pair of jeans. I used a pattern from tie dye diva. http://www.tiedyedivapatterns.com/product/snazzy-pants-pattern-boys-and-girls-pants-pattern-size-12-months-through-5-years
I added some striped bias binding to the pockets for a bit of colour and top stitched in red and green.
Nooj loves them and I have to tell him that they are in the wash so he will wear something else!
