Use up scraps of jersey fabric or find a use for your old t shirts.
Any old t-shirt will do – but you will need a few! I got a kit with the backing, and cutting guide from a craft place I went to (see link). But eco-matting (which can be bought in many camping shops or on line) is basically all you need for the back and then cut your t shirts into strips and poke it through the holes, the rubbery nature of the eco-matting holds the fabric in place. Apparently it can be washed at 30C but I haven’t risked that yet!
