    very nice! so those scalloped edges….were they part of the fabric or si there a technique to getting them so fabulously neat and regular that they look like part of the fabric :) ?

      The scallops are not is the fabric, they are in the pattern (#106 from Burda July 1995). The top front pieces are cut double, so you just need to sew along the scalloped line, turn it inside-out and make a nice stitch near the edge so they stay put.
