I took the pattern from a Burda magazine; I think it was nr 12/07. The instructions were in Danish so I improvised. Anyway, I think it went quite well.
It looks good, but it is not that comfortable to sleep in. If I am going to redo it, I would use cotton fabric or something that is more stretchy.
