I think it will be great; can’t wait to see it. Emerald green in sequins sounds awesome. Emerald green is the color for the season, I’ll be making a green dress soon also. I’m going to have to start using patterns though, my cowl may have draped nicer. What pattern did you use?

I.d love to see the back as I made one in gold. How.d you.get on sewing this fabric? I broke that many needles lol. This is fab on you x

Thanks Mary. I did break a needle but I grabbed another then later realized it was a leather needle and it worked great.

Might not be the best pic but here’s a pic of the back. I just checked out your gold dress again. Great back! I didn’t have a pattern so the back gave me some problems.

the back looks really good. The back on my gold one had a seperate cowl that was attached at the shoulders. I found this gave great drape. I.ve cut another out in emerald green sequins for sat night. I used the front of a burda pattern and the back of my gold dress pattern.i wanted a cowl back and front. i.m adding sleeves as well. I just hope it looks ok when sewn lol x
