this is the first time i’ve tried a new look pattern and i have to say i loved it. i bought five patterns for the price of four so i’ll be sewing more lol. this dress was a joy to make
, the only alteration i did was to draft my own skirt as i suit a slimmer style. this was really expensive fabric but i got the end of the roll really cheap so i was delighted. i saw a dress similiar to mine on vivien holloways site and fell in love with it. the bolero was £30 and the dress £110 so i made my own version for less than a tenth of the overall price.this one will definatly get made again.
floral jersey and white jersey for lining and bolero.
We're wishing Meg a happy birthday with 50% off her favorite patterns.
