I made these jeans a couple of weeks ago, for a Burda sew-along. My first pair of jeans, in stretch denim. I was supposed to cut a 44 by the pattern’s measurement chart, but I cut a 42, and after intensively wearing them for more than two weeks, I think a size 40 would have fit better.
Not a very difficult pattern (considering I’m only a beginner sewist), and I higly recommend it, but don’t forget it was drafted for a 1,68m tall-woman (I’m 4cm shorter, and shortening the crotch by 1cm would have resulted in a better fit). But I’m happy with it anyway :)

1,70m stretch denim (10€/meter)
Metal teeth zipper (1€)
Dark blue polyester thread (bought it at a market a couple of weeks before, with this project in mind, but I can’t consider it for this as it is a 10.000yards serger spool, so still have plenty of it for future projects) 3,50€
