Unless it was too wide and balloonlike for me, i’ve sewn straps onto the side seams to tie it in the front.
I think that’s an interesting effect too.
And i also added a bow :)

lovely fabric and the tie really makes the dress, I also find my cate a bit ‘balloon’ like and always wear a belt with it.
