Description

my local material shop had a sale on today and I came home loaded with “goodies”; one of which I already used for this top. Easy and quick to make, only took me a couple of hours. Not sure what the material is, but it made a lot of mess on my table when I cut it , but who cares about the mess when you end up with a cute top like this ! Plus it feels pretty good, and I have quite a bit left over so I guess more mess to be had yet :-)

I really love that fabric, what a find! Did you use the BB/peasant top pattern? I like it a lot!

      thanks Irina.
Yeah, this fabric was a right little bargain (£ 2.50) and I am so glad I bought 2 metres, can’t wait to use up the rest of it. Don’t know what I’ll do with it yet, but I am sure I can think of something :-)
The pattern I used for this no. 109/12/2011
I left out the zipper and did the neckline slightly different.
      Happy new year !
