This is a second quilt I made. First one we loved and used so much that it already needs a serious repair. But before that I made a new one. Inspired by geometric shapes, symmetry and contrast. I would have made the center part even bigger, but fabric ended so quickly..
And yes! there are never enough quilts, I already have another one in my mind :)
180 × 180 cm white cotton fabric for top layer,
180 × 180 cm blue cotton fabric for bottom layer,
180 × 180 cm cotton batting,
6 pieces of different floral fabric 75 × 50 cm

Thank you! I would say that quilting is easier than dress making.. :) But this one was a big step for me from the first one, which was just square pieces sewn together
