I made this for Pattern Review RTW contest.
I used two patterns. Vogue 8813 Peplum top which is a very easy pattern and Burdastyle Magazine 7/2012 skirt 120.
I used the highwaisted skirt so it would meet at the high waist line of the peplum top. Turns out it was a perfect match.
I added some pleats to the peplum and an exposed zipper on the back.
I also lined it .
It is very bright! But I love all the neon around at the moment. Thought I’d better get on the trends of lace, neon and peplums in one garment!
