Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Neckarf is an idea for recycling old scarfs that are no longer in use and sleeping in your closet. It can be made from other old garments as well. Neckarf is one big ring so that it is free form. You can just hang it from your neck, or make it into double ring and wrap your neck, or any way you like. Does one big circle of Neckarf can hold an idea of recycle/reuse?
