Neat Apron

This apron was made from a pattern from ithinksew, com. Sue has a lot of unique and interesting patterns and, no, I’m not getting a commission. I just have enjoyed making her patterns. I found her site because someone else posted some shoes they made from her site as a project. I’m doing pot holders to go with this and will be giving these as Christmas gifts.

This cloth came from Hancock Fabrics – avocados, pears, tomatoes, herbs…perfect for an aprons/pot holders! It was a bit pricier than I’d like, $4/yard on sale, regularly $8,

Material Notes

100% cotton, thread, velcro

Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter
Garment Type
Cotton, Blends, Denim, Linen

No cooking is right!!!! But eating take out is getting expensive. Just a few more days and we should be done. I just bought a bolt of teapot fabric and woud be willing to sell you some of it if you would like. I could post a pic of what it looks like and you could decide…just let me know. I also have the coordinating fabric that goes with the teapots. If you would like send me a private email you can do so at Happy Sewing!!!

Great job! I downloaded this pattern also and can’t wait to make my apron. I found some really cute teapot fabric with dots and will post as soon as I am done. Remodeling my kitchen at the moment so might take a bit to get the apron done. I miss my sewing machine…LOL

That’s great!! I was actually looking for teapot fabrics (I collect teapots) but couldn’t find any. Can’t wait to see your project. One good thing about no kitchen….no cooking?!!
