I wanted a simple shirtdress with some special twists and took pattern #124 of the burdastyle magazin 03/2010, but with the alteration to make a dress out of the blouse (how you can see by “janul”). I used a navyblue cotton with a lot of stitched flowers. Because of the stitchery in combination with the pleats it was hard work for my sewing-machine, that usually works so well. But in the end I’m very happy with the result.
navy blue cotton with stitched flowers, creme cotton with little blue flowers for the lining, pearly buttons from “purl soho” ny
