I just couldn’t see the terrible Anda dress I made long ago in my wardrobe any longer!!. I chose the wrong fabric and cut two sizes too big when I first made it. So I decided to cut it up and try out a skirt I had been thinking about making with pleats for some time. The skirt can be worn both ways and the pleats placed on one side of the skirt give a really interesting shape – it’s more or less finished but I think i’ll put a slit in the back so I can walk a bit better.
Navy Cotton
Skirts I had seen in the Saltwater catalogue.

This is a great modification. My Anda is also too big, and I was thinking of doing something similar.
