This Anda dress was made from a thrifted curtain/ex-sheet. I shortened it for my petite self according to the very helpful how to. Instead of the drawstring closure, I added belt in a contrasting fabric. I also did the topstitching in white and stenciled flowers onto the finished dress to give it some pop.
Thrifted cotton in navy blue and white.

Oh my. That was a real nice touch with the colour contrast and stenciled flowers. Totally digging your duck-tape dress form as well!

I was going to do a how-to on the stenciling, but there’s already an excellent one by Kasia26. I’ve added it to the how to links. The only thing I did differently was I had trouble getting enough paint to transfer by dabbing, so I went over the pattern with a brush.
