After seeing milliesewly’s excellent book bag how-to, I was inspired to make one myself! I used this great IKEA canvas fabric (it’s really sturdy and was only $2.99/m!), and I added a closure tab to make sure things don’t fall out if I get jostled on the go… And since the bag looked kinda preppy-sailor-ish to me, I chose a gold sailboat button to play up the theme!
