This is a pattern from the book Thread & Bobbin: 21 Simple Sewing Projects
It’s a perfect tote for the summer (or the beach) and it’s cotton so it’s washable. There are two options for construction— One has the outer shell made from a single fabric and the second option has three wide stripes for the shell. The bag is lined with a plaid cotton and there is one large pocket in the inside.
There are eight grommets set along the top edge for the rope handles.
