After the effort of getting my first Jenny skirt to fit well, I thought I may as well make another, more daytime friendly version. I used an old Ikea curtain that I’ve had in my stash for ages, which has a nice canvassy texture, which inspired me to make a nautical influenced version. I created a mock-button stand on which to stitch these anchor buttons I found in my stash, plus used some cute polka dot lining fabric. I also made the waistband narrower so it is more appropriate for wearing in the day time.
