When I started this project I was originally planning on making a tulip skirt, but in the middle of sewing I decided to turn it into a dress. Of course this made it rather short, so I’m playing around with ideas of adding something to the hem to lengthen it. This dress was a late night project for fun, but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. It’s a very loose fit, but also works well with a belt. I’m looking forward to summer days!
Cotton, zipper.

you could add the kind of ruffle that the sidonie paper bag has, it’s very nice

I really like how the fabric looks with this design. It could look nice with little shorts.

Any advice for making this? How did the fabric look before it was all sewn up?
