Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This year for Halloween I’m visiting my best friend in Detroit, so I made costumes for both of us. I came up with the idea of being a flamingo and then my friend decided to be a parrot so that we could be birds together. I made matching circle skirts using a tutorial on BurdaStyle. The base layer of our wings are in fabric that matches our skirts, and then I sewed on layers of fabric for feathers. I also made headbands with layered fabric feathers. It was a lot of work, but the process was actually rather fun and relaxing, and of course the finished costume is really fun to run around in. Birds of a feather flock together!

You girls did a great job, that was a good idea you two will never forget all the work ,and fun you all had, good friends are hard to come by ,like they say if you have two best friends in your life. take care of your friends, like if they need you ,some day you may need them , not just money etc. WAY OUT THERE GALS neat idea.
