I recently saw a striped skirt online that I really liked and I happened to have some striped fabric sitting around, so I decided to make one for myself. This skirt has a high waist that is wide at the front and narrows as it goes around. It has a zipper closure with a button flap detail at the waistband. It took me an evening to make and I am very happy with the result.
Light striped fabric, 9 inch zipper, two buttons.

I really like the shape of this, and also the waistband details. Nice buttonholes!
