I made sailor shorts based on the Ruby pattern, but added a 9" lapped zipper, eight 1 1/8" buttons, and white bias tape. I also used black denim instead of linen and altered the pattern itself.

Unfortunately not. I actually found that shirt (and the rest of the outfit, save for the shorts) at a thrift store.
