Another skirt to make my days sweeter :) I wanted to try out the pattern for a scalloped-waist skirt in Gertie’s book. And since I also needed a new white skirt this is what I ended up with.
I quite enjoyed the sewing process. I think instructions were really good – as always in Gertie’s book – and the skirt game together quite quickly.
I used bias tape to for finishing the facings and am happy with the outcome.
White viscose fabric, polyester lining, fusible interfacing, invisible zipper and some bias tape
