The top is dupioni silk hand beaded with pearls, the skirt is dupioni with bustling and the detachable train is made of dupioni as well.

I made the pattern with parts of a historical pattern Past Patterns, the corset and underwear from Laughing Moon and changed the skirt and as I wanted, from photos that I saw in historical documents.
