From the moment I saw this skirt in Burda Magazine 09/2012 I knew I wanted to make it. Just to find the right fabric. I bought this fabric at a bargain for $2 a meter at the local fabric shop where it was on sale. I love it… it has a nice woven texture.
I didn’t change anything about the pattern and I also lined it with a poly-cotton. Looking at the pictures now I would probably make the pleat wider because as the day progresses I see the pleat doesn’t lie as nice as it should, I think.
What do you think??
