Basically i wanted to try the Contour-bust- dress and tute pattern by MIASU.. i so loved that. Anyways .. this is what i ended up with. All credits must go to the Contour pattern that guided me to have this outcome. Did not have the right material but was eager to try it out. The Black and white was the second attempt. I went light on the pleats at the front. So this one was totally different. Added a strip at the bust since i had no Bias tape. And decided to go for a band around the bust since the blue looked too plain. Added the broad straps for my comfort! Not bad for a Novice! :)
Suiting Material ( NAvy blue) Polyester( black and white)

I love your dresses (both of them, but I am a blue fan usually! :-) And the pattern definitely will help me in the dress I am planning to make.
