I’m in LOVE with this skirt: thank you so much Natalia Lekala for this pattern (I dreamed of this kind of skirt for months). It’s my first try with a Lekala pattern and, for sure, that will not be the last one ! I was in love with a flounce skirt from Burberry last year, but I was unable to find any similar pattern that I can use to make a copycat. Happily for me, someone at Lekala was also in love with the same skirt and drafted a pattern (see model 4214). The pattern is a PDF download made with my own mesurement (and the fit is very very good. I really hate to print, tape, cut, trace, and cut again a pdf pattern but I really like a pattern that fit without any adjustement). The instructions were clear enough (the hardest thing was to understand which piece of the pattern correspond to which part of the skirt). This pattern can be a little bit tricky for a beginner, but if you know how to sew a vent, a concealed zipper (and don’t need picture or explanation to do this kind of thing) , you must be able to sew it without problem.
