This dress was made for the Tessuti Awards 2012 Competition – it was a part Burda Pattern, modified – part self drafted pattern. I was inspired by Chanel’s 2012/13 Spring Summer collection. The dress has removable hip bustles to add a little drama when required for events such as weddings or the a day at the races! Alternatively the bustles can be removed and the dress becomes a lovely summer frock for a more modest event such as a family picnic or lunch with your girlfriends!
